Once a rental sling is posted to you, your hire can no longer be cancelled. We do not offer a partial refund for early return of rental slings.

If a rental sling arrives damaged or otherwise unsuitable, please let us know immediately via our contact us page or one of the email addresses listed below. You have up to 3 days from when you received a rental sling that is damaged to return it for a replacement or refund. If you let us know about an issue with a rental sling but do not return it within 3 days we will assume you would like to go ahead with the rental and will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To return a rental sling simply contact us either through our contact page or email papabear@bigspoon-littlespoon.co.uk or mummacat@bigspoon-littlespoon.co.uk stating your reason for return and your order number.

 

Once we have received this we will send details of how to return.
