Postage Policy

We always endeavour to get your sling to you as quickly as possible. However, we do have some time restrictions.

Orders placed before 12 noon will be posted on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will get sent out to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee same day dispatch, if the same day is not possible then they will be posted on the next working day.

Our standard postage option is Hermes which normally arrives within 2-4 working days. The cost depends on the total parcel weight:-

2 to 5 kg - £8.69

5 to 10 kg - £8.69

10 to 15 kg - £10.99

Our postage charge includes postage and packing materials.

We can also offer expedited postage options if your sling is urgent.

If you are local to us then pick up is also possible, and it's free :)

*These prices are per order and include signed for option and content cover up to £50, if your order exceeds 1 kg (not likely when you are hiring only one carrier), then the postage will cost more than the price stated at checkout and will cost the above prices to send. We will contact you after we receive your order to ask you to pay any additional postage cost (price is dependent upon weight of order).
