Things change, especially when children are concerned we get that so please see below for our cancellation policy:-

Cancellation of hire with more than 14 days until planned hire date - Full refund.

Cancellation of hire with between 14 and 7 days until planned hire date - 50% of fee refunded.

Cancellation of hire with less than 7 days to planned hire date - no refund.
